We choose our homestays very carefully, both for the facilities they have to offer and their ability to make you feel welcome. As a member of the household you will be eating together and sharing the common living areas. Living in a homestay gives you the opportunity to improve your English at home, too.

B&B Homestay Accommodation
Bed and breakfast accommodation is available for students who don’t require evening meals.

Executive Homestay Accommodation
Whilst all of our families have been carefully selected, not all accommodation is the same. If you require a private bathroom or an en-suite room, you will need to select our Executive Homestay option – this is charged at a higher rate.

Executive homestay accommodation is also available for students who require B&B accommodation.

These homes are often between 20-25 minutes away from the school on foot. If you have special requests or diet restrictions (because of religion or health reasons), please let us know in advance. Students must be 16 years old and older.

These homes are often between 2 and 25 minutes away from the school on foot. If you have special requests or diet restrictions (because of religion or health reasons), please let us know in advance. Students must be 16 years old and older.

This type of accommodation includes an en-suite or private bathroom and laundry and ironing.

BEET owns a number of typical family houses within a maximum of 7 minutes’ walking distance of the school. This is a great option for students who require a little more independence and prefer to cater for themselves:

Shared facilities include the living room with television, a kitchen/diner, washing machine, shower, and bathroom.

• Students are all responsible for their own rooms but the communal areas are cleaned twice a week
• Single, double or twin room options (Shared room accommodation is only available if booking together – for example, for friends or partners )
• Average 5 minutes’ walking distance from the school
• Wifi
• Washing machine

Student house accommodation is booked from Sunday – Saturday

During the summer months BEET has the use of excellent en-suite accommodation; these are individual apartments within a student housing complex.

BEET owns a number of typical family houses within a maximum of 7 minutes’ walking distance of the school. This is a great option for students who require a little more independence and prefer to cater for themselves:
